We love the hotel, it was a fantastic experience, the food (3 meals provided) was 5 stars quality,staff very friendly and helpful,the facilities clean, the only minor comment was the rooms were too small for a family of 4, but the place was out of this world, highly recommended, if we are back to Sao Paulo, we'll definitely stay here again! Muito Obrigada!

Everything was great. The breakfast, the staff, the rooms. The hotel is well maintained and comfortable. I was travelling with my baby son and it was very good. Novotel never disappointed us!

The breakfast was amazingly good. The croissants are delicious. Reception also very polite. Brazilians: careful , cause all power outlets are 220V

Nice clean hotel good location. Breakfast was good and varied. Pool looked good although I did not try it.

modern and good looking hotel, very clean, well located. staff is great and breakfast is amazing. they also have lots of green surrounding the hotel and recreation for kids.

Breakfast was very good, with options for all tastes. Location was good but neighborhood safety has not been well rated. Attentive staff and taxis always available.

Staff were amazing. Thiago and Diego from the reception were exceptionally helpful. The masseuse in the hotel spa was very skilled.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel São Paulo Morumbi. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The views were stunning (especially near the pool). The breakfast was also delicious. My hotel room had modern amenities and was very clean. I plan to stay here again when I come back in a few months. Could not recommend more!

Staff member was rude. Vitor, but Kevin exceeded the expectations and had better communication/attitude and better service
