modern and good looking hotel, very clean, well located. staff is great and breakfast is amazing. they also have lots of green surrounding the hotel and recreation for kids.

Breakfast was very good, with options for all tastes. Location was good but neighborhood safety has not been well rated. Attentive staff and taxis always available.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel São Paulo Morumbi. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The views were stunning (especially near the pool). The breakfast was also delicious. My hotel room had modern amenities and was very clean. I plan to stay here again when I come back in a few months. Could not recommend more!

Excellent hotel! Very clean. The staff are very kind, polite and helpful. The restaurant is exceptional. During meals we were very well attended by the server Laura. We highly recommend the hotel.

The bed was confortable. No noise, very quiet. Staff is helpfull. A shopping mall is at 20min walk, I walked and it was safe. I could eat breakfirst out side.

The ping-pong tables in the lobby - it was great to entertain the kids. Moreover, there was a caretaker for kids in the weekends, which was awesome.
